HOW TO ENTER

**SCROLL DOWN FOR REGISTRATION FORM**

There are two stages to entering the UK Pensions Awards 2013:

1. Registration/Nomination:

Firms could either put themselves forward for an award or be nominated for an award by a scheme. This stage of the awards closed on 23 November. Should you have any queries about registration, please contact Charlotte Moore at charlotte@lotsmoore.co.uk.

2. Submissions

Firms that registered or were nominated will need to submit an entry form along with a submission via our dedicated website. The judges will use this form to draw up the shortlist and decide on the final winners. The deadline for receipt of the entry forms and submissions is Monday, 14 January 2013.

The submission must be no more than 4 pages of A4 long and be attached to the online entry form in a Microsoft Word or PDF file format no bigger than 250KB.

All parts of the submission must refer to specific developments during the 12 months to October 31, 2012.

The entry forms and submissions will be considered by a panel of judges made up from professionals from across the occupational pensions industry. These judges will be announced over the coming weeks.

Shortlists will be published at the beginning of March 2013 and the winners will be announced at a ceremony at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on Thursday, 2 May, 2013.
